The Director of Academic Services is a goal oriented position responsible for providing leadership and management of online academic service operations for curriculum management department, faculty support department, tutoring and writing center and bookstore. The successful candidate will coordinate efforts among multiple stakeholders including, but not limited to, undergraduate academics, graduate academics, and continuing education. This position provides the opportunity for the right candidate to have a significant influence in the delivery of online education representing stellar course content and academic delivery utilizing the latest technology innovations. The employee reports to the Online Campus Vice President Education. Adjunct Faculty Tutor

Providing tutoring services to students is the primary job of faculty tutors working in the online Tutoring and Writing Center at Herzing University.
