  • The Director of Academic Services is a goal oriented position responsible for providing leadership and management of online academic service operations for curriculum management department, faculty support department, tutoring and writing center and bookstore. The successful candidate will coordinate efforts among multiple stakeholders including, but not limited to, undergraduate academics, graduate academics, and continuing education. This position provides the opportunity for the right candidate to have a significant influence in the delivery of online education representing stellar course content and academic delivery utilizing the latest technology innovations. The employee reports to the Online Campus Vice President Education. Qualified candidates must have a graduate degree (masters) from an accredited institution of higher learning and must work from the online campus office based in Wisconsin.

  • Providing tutoring services to students is the primary job of faculty tutors working in the online Tutoring and Writing Center at Herzing University. All faculty positions at Herzing University have three dimensions irrespective of whether they are working full-time or part-time. These are: Teaching/Tutoring, Service and Scholarship. Faculty tutors will report to the Director of the Tutoring and Writing Center.

  • Position is based at the online campus located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The role of the online Curriculum Management Specialist is to provide management oversight of faculty course authors developing online course content ensuring compliance with Herzing University’s standards of excellence for online delivery. Experience with online learning management systems (i.e. Blackboard; D2L; itsLearning; Moodle; eCollege etc.); instructional development/design experience; and communication technologies such as Elluminate preferred.

  • The role of the online Curriculum Production Specialist II is to implement instructional design techniques, administrative, supervisory and technical support for the online campus faculty course authors producing satisfactory outcomes in online course and program development. The position requires the individual to work from the Milwaukee campus. Relocation is the responsibility of the candidate.

  • Program Chair is an academic/administrative position within the organization of the campus. The duties of a Program Chair are both instructional and supervisory in nature encompass all courses and programs assigned to the chair by the campus Academic Dean. The duties of the chair in respect to teaching are outlined in the Herzing College Faculty Handbook as is the case for all faculty members. The duties relating to the role as Program Chair fall into seven major areas: supervisory, administrative, instructional, curriculum, assessment, student satisfaction and retention, and professionalism

  • This position involves performing administrative job duties in a college
    registrar's office. The position reports to the Associate Director of
    Registration.
