Best Practices in HR issue spotlights Herzing Online’s philosophy toward employees

The article highlights the practices of Herzing University Online’s President, Todd Rickel, Ph.D., as leading examples of how to successfully create and maintain a positive workplace community.

The article, titled “Career Development, Flexibility are Cornerstones for Online University” showcases Herzing University Online’s commitment to its employees.
