Best Practices in HR issue spotlights Herzing Online’s philosophy toward employees

Herzing University was recently featured in an article published by the Business and Legal Resources (BLR) regarding best practices in Human Resources. The article highlights the practices of Herzing University Online’s President, Todd Rickel, Ph.D., as leading examples of how to successfully create and maintain a positive workplace community.

The article, titled “Career Development, Flexibility are Cornerstones for Online University” showcases Herzing University Online’s commitment to its employees. In it, Rickel advises employers to, “Follow the golden rule – we take care of ourselves in the same way that we take care of our students,” which, under direction of President Rickel, means Herzing Online’s implementation of unique programs and policies to ensure career growth, personal fulfillment, and happiness in a flexible environment.
