Herzing Online is finalist for national Workplace Flexibility award

Herzing University Online has been selected as a 2009 Finalist for the Alfred P. Sloan Awards for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility, a prestigious award recognizing employers that successfully use workplace flexibility to meet both organizational and employee goals.

The selection criteria were rigorous. Applicants were measured against data from a nationally representative sample of employers and had to score in the top 20% for flexible work programs and policies and for the supportiveness of the workplace culture.

As the final step in the application process, employees will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire about their access to flexibility programs and their individual perception of our workplace’s cultural supports for flexible work.
